How to Add Your Company’s LinkedIn Feed to Your WordPress Website
We’re often asked by clients whether it’s possible to showcase their LinkedIn feed directly on their website. In this guide, we’ll walk you through the two methods we found:
- Official LinkedIn embeds – free, but manual.
- Using a plugin — fully automated, with ProFeedWP as our top choice for Gutenberg.

Method 1. Official LinkedIn Embeds (Post by Post)
Step-by-Step
- Go to your company page on LinkedIn.
- Find the post you want to display.
- Click on the “…” (More options) menu on the top right of the post.
- Select “Embed this post”.
- Copy the HTML code LinkedIn provides.
- In WordPress, edit the page or post where you want it to appear.
- Add a Custom HTML block (in Gutenberg).
- Paste the embed code and update your page.
✅ Done! Your LinkedIn post will now show up on your site.
⚠️ Remember: you’ll have to repeat this process every time you want to add a new post.
While this works, most of our clients want something easier — an automated solution that keeps their site fresh whenever they update their LinkedIn feed. In practice, this means we usually go with Method 2.
Method 2: Automatic Feed with a WordPress Plugin
If you want your website to always stay up to date with your latest LinkedIn content, a plugin is the better choice. It saves time and keeps the feed looking consistent.
There are a few plugins available, but after comparing price and usability, ProFeedWP comes out on top:
- Made for Gutenberg – easy drag-and-drop blocks.
- Highly customizable – grid, carousel, list, and more.
- Best pricing – no hidden fees, straightforward plans.
- Automatic updates – no manual copy-pasting.
As of this article, ProFeedWP is focused solely on LinkedIn feeds. If you also want to display other social media platforms, such as Instagram or Facebook, there are alternative options like Elfsight and Juicer. However, these come at a higher price point — around $200/year compared to ProFeedWP’s $50/year.
Step-by-Step with ProFeedWP
- Install and activate the ProFeedWP plugin.
- Place the ‘ProfeedWP’ block from the block editor.
- Add your company’s LinkedIn url in the block settings.
- Choose your layout (grid, list, carousel, etc.).
- Adjust design settings (spacing, colors, themes).
- Save and publish.
✅ Done! Your feed will now update automatically as soon as you post on LinkedIn.
